Refund Policy
BetterDeal’s Terms and Conditions state that once a
buyer has submitted an auction request they are committed to pay the $350
fee payable to BetterDeal.
These Terms and Conditions are in place to protect you as the buyer and us,
the auction site. We are a fair and equitable company and if you believe you
deserve a refund please put your comments in writing and send to
info@betterdeal.com.au,
stating the circumstances.
It is the responsibility of the USER to ensure that the vehicle is in stock and/or
be aware that you may have to wait for the car for an extended period due to complexity of build ie colour, options, etc.
If the vehicle is not in stock BetterDeal will arrange
a credit to run an auction at a later date. In this case, BetterDeal will not refund the USER FEE.
All savings are based on the standard total on road cost, not the BetterDeal RRP or the Auction Start Price. BetterDeal
does its best to maintain correct pricing at all times however please check with your manufacturer for the
correct RRP.
BetterDeal guarantees to save you at least $450 from the standard total on road cost, not the BetterDeal start price.
